Ballingslöv CPH's showroom spans kitchen, wardrobe, and bathroom displays, each its own design vignette within one connected space. Customers move freely between them, and the sound needed to follow that movement without ever becoming the thing they noticed, staying even and unobtrusive everywhere, while still being capable of supporting events when the showroom called for something more.
A showroom built around several distinct product categories has to balance two things at once: each zone needs room to feel like its own considered space, but customers experience the showroom as one continuous walk-through, not three separate visits. Sound that varied noticeably between the kitchen, wardrobe, and bathroom displays would break that continuity. The showroom also needed the flexibility to support events without a separate audio setup.
Five white Omni Cord speakers were installed to create soft background audio across the entire showroom, delivering 360-degree coverage that stays consistent as customers move between zones. Staff manage playlists and volume directly through the Spottune Cloud interface, which is optional and free, giving them the ability to shift the atmosphere for an event without touching any hardware.
The showroom now feels cohesive and calm, with sound that supports the design rather than calling attention to itself in any single zone. The wireless system fits naturally into the interior, scales up for events when needed, and stays simple enough for daily operation without specialist support.
